RETURN POLICY
If for any reason your are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept its return within 7 days of receipt. The merchandise must be in its original condition with packaging intact. The cost of shipping for the return of the product will be borne by the customer. The shipping of the exchanged product will be borne by us.
SHIPPING POLICY
We use the S.F. express to ship orders. For purchases made in Hong Kong and Macau , the package usually arrives on the following day. The local registered post charge is HKD $30 on top of the retail price for items under 1kg. Overseas orders can take up to a week or more to arrive depending on the local postage service of the recipient country. The overseas courier charge is HKD $150 on top of the retail price for items under 1kg. Once the order has been dispatched, sf-express tracking number will be sent to you as proof of postage and to help you keep track of the order.
